That looks like it's from an atlas 618. If so, I can confirm that the spigot for the vise on the milling attachment is the same as the spigot on the cross slide that the milling attachment attaches to. I removed the motor and motor mount and was able to put it in the trunk of my car. According to a 1945 Atlas catalog the weight is a little over 200#.
